Aly Breeze has worked in the Emergency Management field with Mid-America Regional Council (MARC), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), and the City of Kansas City, MO Office of Emergency Management. In her current role, she provides emergency preparedness outreach for the community, applies for and manages federal grants to fund city cameras and outdoor warning sirens, and other functions within the city’s Emergency Operations Center. She holds a master’s degree in public administration with a concentration in disaster and emergency management.
Christopher Carroll began his Emergency Management career in 2007 as an emergency preparedness coordinator for Los Angeles Animal Services. Returning to the Kansas City area in 2011, Chris worked for the Mid-America Regional Council until being hired by Kansas City, MO, in 2012. He is currently the emergency planner but performs a variety of duties. He holds a master’s degree in security studies from the Naval Postgraduate School through the Center for Homeland Defense and Security program.
Geoff Hinkle started his emergency management career in 2015 with the city of Independence after completing his bachelor’s degree in crisis and disaster management from the University of Central Missouri. In 2021 he joined the Kansas City, MO Office of Emergency Management. Geoff specializes in the technological aspect of emergency management, including administration of the city cameras and is the departmental drone pilot.
