In partnership with KCAC, Kansas City Oasis is co-hosting a volunteering event for Habitat for Humanity of Kansas City!

Typical Day
*Go directly to your construction site at 8 a.m. (will be announced one week prior to event)
*Prayer or devotion (optional) and sign-in.
*Break for lunch around 12 p.m. (must provide yourself).
*Day ends around 3:30 p.m.
**Enjoy your evening and feel great about all that you contributed!!

Rules
*Dress prepared for any weather and, of course, to get dirty.
*All construction volunteers must be at least 16 years old (Federal regulations).
*Wear shoes with thick, sturdy soles. Each volunteer should bring work gloves and a refillable water bottle.
*Hard hats, dust masks, goggles and ear plugs are available out on the sites.
*Be aware of your surroundings – watch for holes, each other, tools, etc.
*If you bring your own tools, mark them clearly.
