About the speaker: Gary Blakely spent his entire adult life in the transportation industry, as an occupation and as a hobby. He retired from Ford Motor Company as a Field Service Engineer, where he was part of the Hybrid Escape Launch Team. He has a keen interest in the history of automotive technology, how it developed, and how it was implemented in mass production. The Model T played a considerable role in how society was changed by the automobile.
