A full examination of life must include its inevitable conclusion: death. Perhaps this is why meditation on the inevitability and universality of death is found so often in contemplative traditions. Nicoya will highlight what we can learn from these traditions about befriending our own end.

Nicoya Helm offers meditation and mental health education to help people look deeper, dream bigger, and live better. She combines professional experience in corporate IT and higher education with over 20 years of meditation training to create learning experiences that are personal, practical, and fun. She holds a Master of Science in Education and is a certified Unified Mindfulness Pathways coach and Mental Health First Aid Instructor. When not teaching, she enjoys making stuff, playing outside, and talking to strangers.
