He is in a unique position to examine this segment of our history. He was a young police officer assigned to patrol the area around the City Market during the early development. Shuffle on down to Ludo’s and join fellow Oasians for a fun night of shuffleboard, beverages, and overall frivolity! We will have all three lanes and there is a full bar. The cost?
